Savoury Ginger Eryngii Mushroom

Ingredient
LVSHI Ginger Brewer’s Yeast Sauce         1½ tbsp
Eryngii Mushroom                               5 pieces
Cooking Oil                                                as needed
Soy Sauce    to taste
Toasted Sesame Oil            to taste



cooking steps:
➊ Slice eryngii mushroom into 1 cm-thick coin size and score them.
➋ In a pan, pan fry scored eryngii mushroom with cooking oil until golden.
➌ Scoop in LVSHI Ginger Brewer’s Yeast Sauce, continue to stir fry for 1 minute. 
➍ Then add soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
 Plate and serve!

🗨️ Remember not to wash/soak eryngii mushroom with/in water because this will cause it to lose its flavour. Simply wipe it clean will do.
🗨️ Eryngii Mushroom is also known as King Oyster Mushroom.

姜酒杏鮑菇

份量:兩人份
烹飪時間:十分鐘


食材:
旅食姜酒          1½ 湯匙
杏鮑菇              5 顆
食用油              少許
麻油                  少許
醬油                  少許



做法:
➀  把抹乾淨的杏鮑菇打橫切 1 公分厚片,然後切花刀
➁  把切好的杏鮑菇放進鍋裡乾煎到兩面金黃。
➂ 把姜酒加入,拌炒一下,起鍋前加入一些麻油和醬油,完成啦!

🗨️ 記得不要用水沖洗,不然菇會炒不香喔!
