Scallion Pancake

Ingredient
LVSHI Spring Onion Oil                     3 tbsp
Fresh Scallion (finely chopped)      100 g 
All-Purpose Flour                             200 g
Filtered Water (luke warm)            250 ml
Salt                                                  ½ tsp
White Pepper Powder                     ¼ tsp






cooking steps:
➊ Sift all-purpose flour into a mixing bowl, gradually pour in the luke warm filtered water. Using a pair of chopsticks, gently stir and mix them in a clockwise direction.
➋ Knead the dough until it becomes soft and no longer sticky, then cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
➌ To prepare spring onion oil mix: use a small bowl, mix LVSHI Spring Onion Oil, salt and white pepper powder. Set aside for later use.
➍ On a flat and floured surface, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a large thin sheet.
➎ Brush the upper side of dough sheet with spring onion oil mix, then generously fill the oiled dough with finely chopped scallions.
➏ Roll up the dough using hands. Cut it into smaller portion.
➐ Press the small doughs flat and roll them out with a rolling pin. 
❽ Heat up a pan, pan fry the scallion pancakes until golden on both sides.

蔥油餅

食材:
旅食蔥油             3 湯匙
新鮮青蔥粒         100 公克
中筋麵粉             200 公克
食用水 ()         250 毫升
                        半茶匙
白胡椒粉             ¼ 茶匙
 

做法:
➀ 把中筋麵粉放入調理盆內,把溫水分批慢慢加入麵粉裡。用筷子輕輕順時間攪拌均勻。
➁ 揉麵團,用手按壓揉麵團,揉成圓狀不沾手即可,然後醒麵糰20分鐘。記得用廚房布蓋上,好讓麵糰膨脹既完成。
➂ 把旅食蔥油加入鹽和白胡椒粉攪拌均勻,備用。
 在砧板上灑上薄薄一層麵粉,把麵團用手滾成長條狀後,隨自己喜好切段。
 然後用桿麵棍桿成薄片,麵皮上面均勻抹上一層已經調好的蔥油。
 再灑上新鮮蔥花,開始把撲滿蔥花的麵皮慢慢捲好,然後切段。
 用手壓扁已經切好的麵團,再繼續用桿麵棍成片狀,然後就可以放進鍋裡煎成兩面金黃色,就完成啦⋯⋯
