Braised Tofu with Spicy Soybean

Ingredient
LVSHI Spicy Soybean Sauce                                2 tbsp
Tofu (cut into medium cubes)                               330 g
Shiitake Mushroom (cut to small cubes)           2 pieces
Onion (minced)                                                    ½ 
piece
Spring Onion (diced)                                            small amount
Cooking Oil                                                           2 tbsp
Filtered Water                                                      400 ml
 


cooking steps:
In a pot, stir fry minced onion over low heat until fragrant. 
➋ Add shiitake mushroom and LVSHI Spicy Soybean Sauce, continue to stir fry until fragrant.
 Pour in filtered water, bring to boil.
➍ Add tofu and cook for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
 Plate, sprinkle some spring onion and serve!
 
🗨️ You may replace spring onion with coarsely chopped coriander.

辣黃豆燜豆腐

食材:
旅食辣黃豆醬           2 湯匙
豆腐                         330 公克
香菇                         2
洋蔥                         
蔥花/香菜                 少許
食用油                      2 湯匙
食用水                      400 毫升
 


做法:
➀   把豆腐和香菇切成小塊,備用。
➁   把洋蔥切碎後,放入鍋裡小火慢炒,然後加入香菇丁和辣黃豆醬一起炒香。
➂   爆香後,加入清水,沸騰後把豆腐塊放入慢火煨煮10-15分鐘。
➃   起鍋前,加入蔥花或香菜,就完成啦!
